Unless otherwise indicated, Mr. Dreiling has been responsible for handling all appellate matters described, including compliance with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, overseeing the compilation and timely submission of the appellate record, preparing or responding to appellate motions, performing the necessary legal research, handling appellate brief preparation, and preparing for and handling oral argument.
